Jerry has spent his adult life developing leaders while serving others. He is energized to see leaders grow both personally and in their organizations. Intuitively, Jerry has always been a “guide on the side.” He is a constant learner of both his coaching clients and of the tools used to guide them to discovery and action.

Jerry is willing to “get down in the dirt” with people to see the world through their eyes. His goal with every client is to be their thinking partner—to think creatively, deepen understanding, and forward their actions.

He and his wife Gwen have been married 46 years and have lived internationally in Spain and Mexico. They currently reside in the Orlando, Florida metro area. They have 3 adult children and eight grandchildren.

In his free time Jerry loves to golf, travel, and go hunting, but his favorite way to relax is with his Grandkids having quality family time.
